Branches, Black on White, 2018

·

These drawings were done instinctively as a result of photographing during my walks. I was not interested in a one to one relationship between the photos and the drawings. Rather my desire was to deal with what had become an internal conversation between nature and my drawing tendencies. The design in these drawings which emanate from my imagination is inherent in the drawings I do which are abstract conformations of lines.
