These drawings manifest a turn from concentrating on drawing images of trees which occupied me for a while. I foraged through my Instagram images of grasses that I took on my Sunday walks in Worthington, MA to choose subjects for these three drawings, which are, in themselves, abstractions of the photographs.

All of the drawings are 22.25 inches in height by 60 inches in width. They were executed in my new studio in North Adams in the late fall of 2021. (Click on the images to enlarge them.)
