Once I had created shapes out of the photographs of the twigs, by drawing around both the image of the twig and the shadow of the twig, I made scans of the original drawings so I could trace them for other sets of drawings.

These are the first set of scans. Another group of scans was cut down and applied to duplicate the images using carbon paper for other projects.
